I decided to put the new computer on hold. I just ordered a MSI GTX460 1GB and if IL2 stays stable with acceptable performance i'll probably wait with the new build until SoW comes out too.

Wize choice Rider if you only want hardware for IL2. Please let us know what your impression of the GTX460 is once you taken it for some spins..

Very tempting prices on the GTX460, a 768MB GDDR5 for around 1800SEK and 1GB GDDR5 for around 2100SEK. Not bad concidering a Radeon 5830 is going for around 1800SEK and is slower as well as the 5850 is going for 2700SEK and is only slightly quicker than the GTX460.. I'm surprised AMD is not lowering their prices now to stay competitive with the GTX460?

On a related note, the ATI issues with IL2 seems to have been fixed in 10.7. http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/23110283/m/5031088038/p/14

Took a peak at PSU's on prisjakt.. The OCZ ModXstream 500/600/700W are dirt cheap right now, and very well performing PSU's for the price. Any one looking for a new PSU I strongly recomend picking one up in the power range fitting your needs!
